Health Fair

The Corona Family Health Fair was a success! Drain Town Rooter was honored to be a part of this event. Big shout out to our partner Adrianna Showalter @SupportSisterz and Melanie Lewis @thepinkjourneyfoundation for setting up the event! The fair provided 40-50 women screenings for breast cancer detection. And also provided for everyone in attendance dental cleanings, eye exams, and many other health-related services!

The Pink Journey & Support Sisters

The Pink Journey Foundation wants to provide breast cancer education to EVERY woman, help reduce risk, lead to early detection, and save lives.  The Support Sisters is a community focussed nonprofit comprised of breast cancer survivors with a passion to financially and emotionally empower women.

Speech and Language Development Center

What an amazing time with our friends supporting @sldc8699. The Speech and Language Development Center provides education and therapy to children and adults with special needs in an environment that nurtures growth, inspires achievement, and maximizes their potential.

About SLDC: Founded in 1955, by two speech therapists, Dr. Aleen Agranowitz and Gladys Gleason. The Founders were visionaries who saw a lack of services for individuals with special needs. They answered this need by opening the door of their homes to children in their community. Over 65 years later, their vision and mission is carried on by the dedicated staff and teachers.
